Everything about how your juice gets to you, and what we do if something goes wrong.

Delivery areas and days

We deliver to Catania and its province, and to Siracusa, on the days shown on our Delivery page. Order by 20:00 for delivery the next available day.

Fees

Delivery costs €3.50 to €4.50 depending on your area, and is free on orders over €35 (juice only, before the bottle deposit).

If you are out

Tell us in your delivery notes where to leave your order. The insulated bag keeps the juice cold for about 6 hours. Once delivered, keep it in the fridge.

Something wrong?

Fresh juice can't be returned once delivered, because it is perishable. If a bottle is damaged, missing, spoiled before its date or not what you ordered, tell us within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace it with your next delivery or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Bottle returns

Leave rinsed empty bottles out on your next delivery day. The driver collects them and we credit €0.30 per bottle to your next order.
