Keep refrigerated at 2–4 °C. Best within 5 days of pressing (the date is on each cap). Once opened, drink within 2 days.

How it's made
Grove to glass in three steps.
- Picked ripe
By hand, at first light, only when the fruit is sweet on the tree.
- Cold-pressed
A slow hydraulic press at 4 °C. No blades, no heat, nothing filtered out.
- Bottled cold
Straight into glass at 2–4 °C and kept cold all the way to your fridge.
