Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to press, deliver and look after your orders, and we explain here what that is and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who is responsible

Hesper Juice Co. is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us about privacy at privacy@hesper.live.

What we collect

• Orders: name, email, phone, delivery address, delivery notes and what you bought.
• Payments: handled by our payment provider. We receive a confirmation, never your full card number.
• Messages: what you send us through our forms or by email.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.
• Website use: only if you accept analytics cookies (see our Cookie policy).

Why we use it

• To take, prepare and deliver your orders and manage your subscription (contract).
• To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
• To answer your messages and enquiries (legitimate interest).
• To send the newsletter and measure site visits (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

Who we share it with

Only with the companies that help us run the shop, under contracts that protect your data: our hosting provider, email provider, payment provider and, where we use one, our delivery partner. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records for as long as Italian tax law requires (generally 10 years). Messages for up to 2 years. Newsletter data until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, object to its use or restrict it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@hesper.live. You can also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).

Security

Our site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to deliver your order.
